Your free trial class
Decide upon what class you would like to try.
Let us know you are coming along for a free trial either by call, text or by email.
It is natural when joining in for the first time that you may be slightly nervous. Don’t worry; our staff will help you settle in quickly.
Arrive 15 minutes before the class where we will book you in and run through what we will cover that evening.
Wear loose fitting clothes, jogging bottoms, T-shirt and bring a bottle of water with you.
